Service Scope

VPNGain provides international route connections and network acceleration for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Client software and subscription details are available through the user panel. Users should configure the service according to the instructions for their platform and provide their own working local network and device.

The service does not include memberships or benefits for third-party websites, content platforms, or apps. Connecting through a route in a particular region does not guarantee access to content there. The target service may determine access according to the account region, licensing scope, and its own rules.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to get started; an account can be created with a username and password. Users should keep their login details and subscription links secure. Subscription links act as access credentials and should not be posted publicly or shared with unrelated parties. If credentials are exposed, take action through the panel and submit a ticket explaining the situation.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time. This applies to the account holder’s own devices or devices they manage, and all devices share the plan’s data allowance. Unlimited devices does not permit reselling or renting accounts, sharing subscriptions with other users, or centrally distributing connection access.

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated across the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before paying, check the selected plan type, data allowance, and price. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT.

Acceptable Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and where they use the service, as well as the rules of target websites, apps, and content services. The service must not be used for illegal activity, to infringe on others’ rights, or to disrupt normal network operations.

Using connection resources for network attacks, distributing malware, stealing data, committing fraud, sending spam, or accessing others’ systems without authorization is prohibited. Users are responsible for the content they access, publish, and transmit. The service’s connection capabilities do not replace any required authorization or permission.

Availability and Liability

Actual connection performance depends on the local network, device configuration, international links, maintenance, and the status of target services. VPNGain does not guarantee constant speeds, uninterrupted connections in all circumstances, or continuous access to all third-party content. Maintenance or route changes may affect some connections; relevant notices are published on the site or through the user panel.

If an issue occurs, first consult Troubleshooting, then submit a ticket with the error message, platform, and circumstances. Do not submit your password or full subscription link. To the extent permitted by law, the service is not liable for losses caused by users’ violations, exposed credentials, or independent changes to third-party services. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Refund Requests

You may request a full refund for any reason within 7 days of your first payment. Sign in to the user panel and submit your request through the ticket portal, providing the relevant order details and stating that you are requesting a refund. You do not need to prove that the connection failed.

Refund requests require verification of the account and payment records. Progress updates are provided through the ticket. No unconfirmed processing or arrival time is guaranteed; the actual arrival time depends on the payment channel. Requests submitted after the period above are not covered by this unconditional refund policy. Other rights provided by law are unaffected.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

If a user engages in illegal use, reselling or sharing, attacks on the service, or other serious violations of these terms, VPNGain may suspend the relevant connection or terminate the account. To address an ongoing security risk, access may be restricted first, with the reason explained later through the panel or a ticket. Users who dispute a restriction may submit a ticket for review. Account actions do not automatically cancel refund rights available under these terms or applicable law.

When these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page and the last-updated month will be revised. Important changes to subscription benefits will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce the benefits of confirmed orders. Users who disagree with the new rules may stop using the service and ask about their existing subscription through a ticket.
