The account system processes usernames, information needed to verify passwords, subscription status, and data usage to authenticate users, determine access permissions, and calculate plan usage. Passwords should not be stored in plain text.
When you submit a support ticket, the system stores your issue description, replies, and any diagnostic information you choose to include so the request can be handled. Do not submit passwords, complete subscription links, payment credential secrets, or personal information unrelated to the issue. Redact sensitive information from screenshots first.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNGain does not record which websites users visit through this service, store browsing content, visited URLs, or DNS query history, or create profiles of users' browsing activity. Usage records needed to calculate the remaining data in a plan are billing data and do not include destinations or content.
This service does not retain connection histories that can be linked to an account, including records linking source IP addresses, destination addresses, and connection times. Temporary states needed to maintain an active connection are used only while the connection is being handled and are not kept as historical logs after it ends. Client logs that users voluntarily submit for troubleshooting are treated as support ticket materials and should not include browsing content.
Website Analytics and Local Storage
The marketing website may process page URLs, referral sources, browser categories, and button clicks as usage statistics. This helps us understand how pages are used, identify broken links, and improve workflows. These statistics relate to pages on this website; they do not mean that the service records visits to other websites, and they should not collect passwords or subscription credentials.
Cookies and local storage are used for essential session state, language preferences, and saved login credentials. Clearing this data may sign you out or restore default preferences. You can use your browser settings to restrict cookies and clear this website's stored data after signing out of the panel. Sign out on shared devices to prevent others from accessing the panel.
Order Records and Third-Party Payments

This service does not need access to payment account passwords or wallet private keys. Account data is not sold or rented, except where needed to complete payment, provide necessary services, or meet applicable obligations.
Retention Periods and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained as needed while the account is in use. Support ticket data is kept until the issue has been handled and any necessary review is complete. Usage statistics are retained only as long as needed for analysis and maintenance, then deleted or de-identified. Order records are retained for as long as necessary to complete transactions, handle disputes, and meet applicable legal obligations; a single deletion date is not promised without a basis for one.
To access, correct, or delete account data, sign in to the user panel and submit a support ticket. Account control must be verified before a request is handled. Deletion may affect subscription use and access to past order records. Transaction data that must be retained by law will have its use restricted, and backup data will be cleared through normal rotation and no longer used for routine service operations.
Data Protection and Policy Updates
This service uses access controls and necessary transmission protections to limit who can access data. Users should keep account passwords and subscription credentials secure. Connection features such as quantum encryption do not replace security measures for your own devices and accounts.
If there are significant changes to processing purposes, data covered, or user rights, VPNGain will update this page and the date at the top. Where necessary, notice will be provided on the website or in the panel. Any new purpose requiring separate consent will be explained before processing begins.
